Essential Skills

• Friendly and approachable mannerism
• The ability to be tactful and sensitive at all times
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience of working with people, preferably in the caring capacity
• Ability to engage with Clients/Service Users with learning Disabilities 

Desired Skills

• NVQ Level 2 in Health& Social Care (or other related qualifications) or willing to work towards this qualification
